高等专科院校实行学分制管理模式的探索

在高等教育大众化过程中,社会对高等教育的需求和供给都发生了深刻变化,相应地,教学管理模式的变革——学分制,已成为当前高等教育改革的趋势和事实。如何根据专科院校的特点,有价值地、创造性地实施专科学校的学分制管理模式,是本文的主旨所在。本文试图从学分制的经济效应分析入手,探求学分制所带来的教学管理方式的变革,追踪学分制流于形式的制度原因,并针对我校实行学分制以来面临的普遍问题提出相应对策,进一步完善高等专科学校的学分制管理模式。

With the popularity of the higher education, both the supply and the demand for higher education have greatly changed. Credit system, the change of teaching management style has become a trend and a fact in current higher education reform. According to academic school＇s characteristic, the thesis aims at realizing the credit system valuably and creatively. We try to start with the economic effects of credit system, search for the reform of teaching management, seek for the institution causes, then bring up the strategies and prefect the credit system.
