Making strict examination of thesis is an important method to improve the quality of graduate schooling. The article attempts at strengthening the assessment of postgraduate degree thesis, analyzes the problems of current degree thesis assessment, proposes the corresponding improvement measure and suggestion with the school paper blind assessment practice.
