Moral Education——Striving to be IACE Girls

学校德育首先要解决一个“要我学”还是“我要学”的问题，可从三方面入手：让德育充满鲜活的生命力——学校德育要凸现自己的个性；让师德发挥充分的感染力，师德建设是德育的重要组成；让课堂体现德育的穿透力——德育要融入课堂。如果每个学校的德育都有依附自己土壤的个性，如果每个学校的教师都是一个充满魅力的群体，而且能扎扎实实地将德育融入课改，润物无声，那德育就会取得实效。

The most important task for school moral education is to solve the problem of motivating students＇ interest in learning. Here are three effectives ways to start with ： The first is to make moral education full of life——school education needs to have its own feature; The second is to build up noble characters of the teachers which is the vital part of school education, so that the teachers can influence the students ; The third is to combine moral education with classroom teaching. If moral education of each school has its own feature, if the teachers of each school are full of charm, if we can really enable moral education to blend in perfectly with classroom teaching, we＇ U have great achievements in it.
