Webquest是一种基于互联网环境下的研究性学习。它有一个切实可行的、能够完成的且具有吸引力的任务。完成这个任务并不仅仅是让学生回答问题，而是要求他们通过对信息的分析和综合来得出创造性的解决方案。

A WebQuest is an inquiry - oriented activity in which some or all of the information that learners interact with comes from resources on the Internet. Learners face an authentic task, are given real resources to work with to solve the problems creatively and are given an authentic assessment which motivates them to come up with a real group answer after navigating the Web, cooperative - learning and data - analysis, not simply something to fulfill an assignment.
