直肠癌结肠造口病人生活质量及影响因素调查

Survey on Quality of Life of Patients with Rectal Carcinoma Undergoing Colostomy and Relevant Influencing Factors

目的调查已出院结肠造口病人的生活质量水平,为临床护理工作提供依据。方法对陕西省结肠造口病人进行随机抽样,发放生活质量调查问卷,将所得资料进行统计学分析。结果造口病人生活质量的总体评分为59.60。结论影响结肠造口病人生活质量的主要因素有造口情况、经济状况及就医条件。

Objective To investigate quality of life of discharged patients with rectal carcinoma undergoing colostomy and its relevant influencing factors, provide basic information for clinical nursing, Method Using random sampling method, 100 cases of colostomy patients in shanxi province were interviewed by self developed questionnaire, Result The average score of life quality of the patients was 59, 60. Conclusion The main influencing factors on quality of life includes the knowledge level about eolostomy, the ability of self-nursing, the regularity of defecation, the economic condition and the medical service level.
