高职高专院校的素质教育改革

Character Eoucation Reform in Vocational Colleges and Training Schools of Higher Education

高职高专学校的教育方向是以培养社会需要的应用型人才为目标的。如何培养具有创新精神和创新能力的人才,使学校的人才培养工作更好地适应社会的需求,是高职高专教育需要研究的重要问题。文章从高职高专学校教育的现状、素质教育改革的方向、如何加强教学建设和教学改革、推进灵活的教学管理制度、完善评估制度等方面进行了一些阐述。

Vocational colleges and training schools of higher education take cultivating applicative talent demanded by the society as their education purpose. Important issues for them are how to cultivate talent who has creative spirit and ability as well as how to apply to the society. This paper makes some exposition from such aspects as these colleges＇ and schools＇ situation, the direction of quality development, as well as how to enhance teaching construction and reforms, promote flexible teaching administration and perfect the evaluation system, etc.
