血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂对高血压病患者左室重构的影响

Impact of Angiotensin Ⅱ Receptor Antagonists on Left Ventricle Remodeling in Patients with Primary Hypertension

目的：观察血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂对高血压病患者左室重构的影响。方法：以确诊为高血压病的患者为研究对象，观察组在用利尿剂治疗基础上给予伊贝沙坦（irbesartan）150mg1-2次／d治疗，对照组利尿剂治疗基础上加用倍他洛克治疗，观察之初及用药3个月后用超声心动图测量左室重量。结果：治疗3个月后观察组平均心肌重量低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂能有效控制高血压病患者的左室重构。

Objective： To observe the impact of angiotensin Ⅱreceptor antagonists on left ventricle remodeling in patients with primary hypertension. Method： Patients with diagnosed selected as subjects, which were divided into treating group and control group. were given irbesartan 150mg once or twice one day under the basic treatment of primary hypertension were Subjects in treating group diuretic agent. Subjects in control group were given betaloc instead of irbesartan whose dosage were 12.5mg to 50mg twice a day. Before and 3 months after the treatment, weight of left ventricle was measured using echocardiogram. Result：Consequence average weight of left ventricle in treating group was significantly lower than that in control group （ p 〈 0.05 ） 3 months after treatment. Conclusion： Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists can effectively inhibit left ventricle remodeling in patients with primary hypertension.
