The Application Of Roux-y Modus Operandi in Bile Duct Reoperation

目的：探讨Roux-y术式在胆道再次手术应用的适应症、效果以及术中应注意问题。方法：回顾性分析21例胆道再次手术时应用Roux-y术式以及随后追踪2～5年的临床资料，结合文献总结探讨Roux-y术式在胆道再次手术中应用的实际效果。结果：21例再次手术病人由于Roux-y术式的良好内引流作用而恢复顺利。术后2～5年追踪20例病人避免再次手术，3侧有胆道疾患发作。结论：Roux-y术式是胆总管结石、梗阻、感染再次手术的最佳术式。

Objective： To investigate the indications, effect and announcements of Roux-y anastomosis as reoperation after first biliary tract operations. Method ： 21 cases of patients who received Roux - y cholecystoenterostomy after first biliary tract operations were reviewed including clinical data of 2 - 5 years follow - up. Combined with articles reviewed, the actual value of Roux - en - y cholecystoenterostomy as reoperation is studied. Result： Because of the favourable effect of internal drainage, 21 patients who received Roux - y cholecystoentcrostomy recovered smoothly. 2 - 5 years follow - up shows that 20 of them avoid receiving reoperations. Just 3 cases biliary tract diseases recurred. Conclusion： Roux -y anastomosis is the best modus operandi for reoperation of common bile duct cholelithiasis, obstruction and infectation.
