摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病并发脑梗死患者的临床、CT特点及其与预后的关系。方法:将同期150脑梗死病人分为治疗组35例为糖尿病并脑梗死患者,对照组115例非糖尿病的脑梗死患者,比较两组的发病临床表现,CT特点与预后及病死率的关系。结果:糖尿病并脑梗死较非糖尿病性脑梗死患者预后差,好转率低。结论:控制好糖尿病患者的血糖对脑梗死的治疗及预后是有益的。 Objective: To investigate relationship among clinical manifestation, characteristics of CT and prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes. Method: 35 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes were experimental group, and 115 patients with cerebral in control group didn't have diabetes. The clinical manifestation, characteristics of CT, the prognosis and fatality rate in experimental group were compared with those in control group. Result: Compared with patients in control group, the patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes had high fatality rate, and their prognosis was poor. Conclusion: For patients with diabetes, a good method of preventing the cerebral infarction is controlling the level of blood sugar effectively.
