摘要
目的:探讨无痛技术在食管异物取出术中应用的效果。方法:应用前瞻性随机分组方法将120例患者随机分为两组:Ⅰ组为丙泊酚组,Ⅱ组为对照组,进行临床分析。结果:应用无痛技术组(Ⅰ组),麻醉效果明显优于对照组(Ⅱ组)。结论:无痛技术在食管异物取出术中的应用,能减轻患者的痛苦,提高手术的成功率和质量。
Objective：To evaluate effects of the painless technique on septal operation with endoscope. Method.A prospective study of 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups;The group Ⅰ propofol group, The group Ⅱ as control group. Result：The effect of anesthesia was better in the painless technique group than that in control group. Conclusion： It can release greatly the pain and improve the success of operation in operating patients that the painless technique is applied to extaction with esophago foreignbody.
