Comparing the effect of Propafenone and Verapamil on Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia

目的:对比心律平和异搏定对阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的治疗效果及各自的副反应。方法:对我院急诊接诊的48例阵发性室上速随机分成心律平和异搏定治疗组,心律平组给予心律平70mg^140mg静注,异搏定组给予异搏定5mg^10mg静注。结果:心律平和异搏定对阵发性室上性的治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),副作用异搏定较心律平高。结论:PSVT应首选心律平,异搏定可作为一线药物,须注意其副作用。

Objective： To compare the effect and side effect of propafenone and verapamil on paroxysmal supraventrieular tachycardia（ PSVT）. Method： 48 cases with PSVT in emergency department were diyided into propafenone and verapamil goup randomly, tn propafenone group took 70mg - 140mg propafenone intravenous injection. In verapamil group were given 5mg - 10mg verapamil. Result： There＇s no stastically significance （ P 〉 0.05 ） on PSVT by propafenone and verapamil. The side effect is superior to propafenone. Conclusion： Propafenone is the first choice for the therapy of PSVT. when we select verapamol, we should pay attention to the side effect.
