摘要
介绍了悬浮式生物芯片的特点和检测方法,首次提出了完整的悬浮式生物芯片图像处理解决方案。使用预处理去除图像中的噪声并对图像予以增强,然后通过模式匹配技术识别样点,确定位置坐标,定位误差小于1个像素。用数学形态学方法圈定样点范围,并用掩模技术提取信号强度值。使用整体或局部法处理背景。结合图形化开发环境LabVIEW和IMAQ工具包进行整个图像处理的集成和实现。结果表明,该方法能有效完成悬浮式生物芯片检测中的图像处理任务。
The features and detection technology of suspension biochip were introduced. Integrated solution of image processing in the detection of suspension biochip was brought up. First, noise was removed and the image was enhanced by pre-processing. Sample object was identified and its position was obtained by pattern matching. The deviation between software and manual matching was less than 1 pixel. Boundary of sample was determined by mathematical morphology and its intensity was acquired by mask technology. Intensity of background was obtained by integral or local method. The soft LabVIEW, graphic development environment, was used to complete the whole process. The experimental result shows that this solution can fulfill the task of image processing in the detection of suspension biochip effectively.
