摘要
文章论述了目前国内先进的回转窑安装技术,采用激光经纬仪等科学的组对找正对准方法,简单易行,精确度高。对回转窑筒体等厚和异厚板采用细滴过渡CO2气体半自动保护焊焊接工艺技术,高效优质,合理可靠。
This article describes the advanced installation technique of the rotary kiln, in which scientific alignment method with laser theodolite is used. This method is simple, easy and accurate. For the plates with the same ＆ different thickness on the canister part of the kiln, half automatic CO2 gas shield welding is used for good quality, high efficiency and reliability.
