摘要
在应用ISSR方法对4个梨属系统的8个授粉品种和蜜梨进行亲缘关系鉴定的基础上,对蜜梨连续实施了2 a的人工授粉试验,并利用试验测定的相关数据,对蜜梨果实的相关性状和亲缘关系进行了方差及通径分析。结果表明:蜜梨相关性状的花粉直感效应主要受遗传基因影响;采用与蜜梨亲缘关系较远、综合性状优良的砂梨、杜梨和秋子梨系统品种授粉,可相对提高单果重和可溶性固形物含量,其遗传通径系数分别为-0.898 2和-0.967 2,而采用与蜜梨亲缘关系较近的白梨系统品种授粉,有利于保持蜜梨果形(-0.548 4)。
The path analysis on the metaxenia and the relationship between Mi pear and 8 pollinated varieties confirmed using ISSR method was studied. The results indicated that the metaxenia mainly effected by genetic factor. The pollens from far relationship variety could increase the weight of single fruit and the soluble solid content, the path coefficient between them were -0. 898 2 and -0. 967 2, respectively, while pollens from close relationship variety could keep the fruit shape ( -0. 548 4) .
