摘要
以自然实生方法培育出的优质晚熟苹果新品种“金钟”,树体结构紧凑,连续结果能力强;果实成熟期晚,极耐贮运;果型端正,外观光洁美观;果肉质地细脆,汁多,风味酸甜适口,有清香味。平均单果重239.8 g,果实去皮硬度8.7 kg/cm2,可溶性固形物含量14.3%,综合经济性状优良。
