摘要
综述了1-MCP处理和热处理对果实贮藏保鲜效果的影响。研究结果表明,果实采收后进行1-MCP和热处理,均明显提高果实的贮藏效果;热处理结合1-MCP处理,在一定程度上结合了2者优点,既有效控制病害的发生,又延缓果实的后熟进程,延长果实的贮藏保鲜时间。
The effects of 1-MCP treatment and the heat treatment on stored fruits maintaining freshness after harvest was summarized and studied. The function of 1-MCP in stored fruits maintaining freshness and the influence of 1-MCP treatment and the heat treatment after harvest were introduced in this paper. The results showed that 1-MCP treatment and the heat treatment separately could enhance distinctly stored effect of fruits after harvest. 1-MCP treatment with the heat treatment the ripe time and store time of fruits. not only could control diseases, but also could prolong
