在我国加强民主与法治建设的宏观状况下,基层在这方面也呈现出日益发展的态势,但由于诸多方面的限制,问题依然存在。文章通过对所在区域的实践调研,分析现今基层民主与法治建设取得的成绩和存在的问题,从而寻求其发展的路径。

In line with the current trend of promoting the construction of democracy and law in China, democracy and law construction is being advanced on the grass-roots level. However, there remain some problems in this regard. Based on a field investigation of the local situation, this intends to analyze the achievements and the problems in current grass-roots democracy and law construction and seek its proper development routes.
