分配领域中存在的收入差距过大的问题,一直是人们关注的热点。限制收入差距过大,不仅是广大城乡居民特别是工薪阶层的强烈愿望,而且已进入政策制定的视野之内。文章通过对宁波市近些年个人收入情况的调研,试图找出收入差距扩大的原因,并提出对策与建议,以促进社会的和谐。

The wide income gap has been a hot issue in recent years. To control the gap is not only the wish of the common people, especially the wage-earning people, but also the concern of the government. This article investigates the individual income in Ningbo in recent years, analyses the causes of the gap and proposes solutions to this issue.
