试行医院门诊药房分离产生的问题及思考

Problems and Thinking of a Pilot of Separation of Hospital Outpatient and Pharmacy.

目的:探讨医院门诊药房分离试点工作中所产生的问题及原因。方法:介绍医院药房分离试点工作的基本内容,并就试点工作中产生的问题及此项改革所涉及的体制和配套政策等方面的问题进行分析和思考。结果与结论:医药卫生体制改革是一项系统工程,单靠医院门诊药房分离改革是无法解决体制问题的。

Objectives. To discuss the problems and causes during the pilot of separation of hospital outpatient and pharmacy. Methods. The basic contents of separation of hospital outpatient and pharmacy were introduced. The problems existing in the pilot and the system related with the reform and corresponding polices were analyzed. Results and Conclusions. The reform of medical service and pharma- eeutics is a systematic project. It could not resolve system problems just relying on separation of hospital outpatient and pharmacy.
