云南省州(市)、县(区)疾病预防控制中心卫生检验中心资源调查分析

Analysis of Resources of Centers of Health Laboratory in Centers of Disease Prevention and Control at Prefecture or City and County or District Levels.

目的:对全省16个州(市)、126个县(区)疾病预防控制中心卫生检验中心的人员、实验室面积、设备及检测能力进行现状调查。调查结果:州(市)级人员配置学历层次比较高,但检测人员数配置较少;实验室面积能保证分区域检验;设备基本不能达到装备要求;检测能力不能满足特殊指标的检测和突发公共卫生事件样品的检测。县(区)级人员专业配置基本能满足卫生检测工作需要,但检测人员学历层次较低,人员数较少;实验室面积基本能满足分区域检验的要求;设备配置基本不能达到装备要求;50%以上机构检测能力不能满足食品和饮用水的常规卫生指标的检测。

We investigated the resources of centers of health laboratory in centers of disease prevention and control in 16 prefectures/ cities and 126 counties/districts,which included staff, areas of laboratory, equipment and test ability. The results showed that the education level of staff in the centers at prefecture / city level was relatively high, but the number of laboratory staff was small. The areas of laboratory could meet divisional test. The allocation of equipments basically could reach the standards. The test ability could meet test for special indicators and emergent public health hazards. In the centers at county level, the allocation of staff with different majors basically met the demands of health detective work,but their education level was relatively low and the number was small.The areas of laboratory basically could meet divisional test.The allocation of equipments basically could reach the standards.The test ability for 50% and above institutes could meet test of routine health indicators of food and drinking water.
