摘要
对比研究了梯形(或方波)气隙磁场与正弦气隙磁场对无刷直流电动机若干性能的影响,指出在不作PWM电流调制时正弦磁场更适合于无刷直流电动机,并且在使用表面粘贴磁瓦时平行充磁优于径向(辐射)充磁。
Influence of airgap field distribution, either in trapezoidal/rectangle waveform or sinusoidal waveform, on the performance of a brushless DC motor is comparatively studied. It shows that the sine - wave airgap field exhibits better performance in the case that the motor current is not regulated to square -wave with PWM. Furthermore, parallel magnetisation for surface -mounted magnets is better than radial magnetisation.
