摘要
利用声级计、动态信号分析仪等对电机的噪声进行分析,通过对不同预压力和不同激励频率下电机噪声的分析比较,并结合定、转子振型的有限元计算结果,发现纵扭复合型超声波电动机的噪声分为两类:一是由系统运动的非线性产生的分数次谐波诱发的噪声;二是由摩擦激发的转子的低阶振动噪声。该研究为降低噪声及电机结构的进一步改进提供了依据。
In this paper the noise is analyzed by use of noise analyzer and dynamic signal analyzer. According to the noise under different preload and different excited frequency as well as the finite element analysis of the stator and rotor,it is concluded that there are two kinds of noise : First, nonlinearity of the system induces the fractional harmonic which roots in the noise; Second, the low - frequency - vibration noise of the rotor excited by friction. The study can be useful for reducing the noise and remodeling the structure of the motor.
