摘要
对茶籽油加工工艺中去壳与不去壳、使用压榨法与浸提法对出油率、毛油质量、饼粕的综合利用等方面做了对比实验。结果表明,去壳加工利大于弊,浸提法制油值得推广。
Compared tne tea seeds with the de-shelled ones in processing tea oil,squeeze and extraction methods were adpoted respectively in the process oil from tea seed. The effects of the test on the oil rate and qualities and the comprensive ultiligation of the dregs were made. The results showed that the shelling procss had much advantages and that extraction method should be spreaded.
