Conserve Agrobiodiversity so as to Achieving the Continuous Development of Agriculture

从生物多样性的含义出发,阐述了农业生物多样性对农业可持续发展的重要作用及农业生物多样性保护工作所面临的严峻形势,并提出了保护农业生物多样性,促进农业可持续发展的具体方法和措施。

The development of Chinese agriculture is rapid since 1978, but on the other hand, because improving the agricuhure is chiefly the aim of agricultural development, the loss of biodiversity is very great in the process of agricultural development, but the loss of biodiversity and deprivation of environment have influenced the sustainable development of agriculture in china. In this article, we first start with the signification of biodiversity, then we narrate the significance of protecting agrobiodiversity to achieve sustainable agricultural development and the severe situation in conservation of agrobiodiversity, finally we propose some effective measures for protecting agrobiodiversity and achieving sustainable agricultural development.
