厌氧折流板反应器处理高浓度有机污水的研究

摘要 实验制作了具有10个隔室的厌氧折流板反应器用于探讨其处理高浓度有机污水的性能和运行的稳定性。研究结果表明该反应器在较高有机负荷条件下可以维持较为稳定的运行且表现出优良的COD去除率(85%以上),运行50天后出现颗粒状污泥,颗粒结实而致密。在不同的有机负荷条件下的抗冲击能力强,COD的去除和运行稳定。 An ABR with 10 compartments has been built to study the stability and performance of an anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) in the treatment of a high - strength organic wastewater. The ABR proves to be an efficient and stable reactor and an organic loading rate of around 315 kg m^-3 d^-1 is treated with a 85% COD removal efficiency. Granulation is achieved in ABR within 50 days, and the granules are generally larger and compact. The ABR also could bear high - strength organic shock load, and the system performance is stable in different OLR.
