摘要
这里针对回转窑筒体在运转时发生持续下滑,,引起系统频发故障,造成停机的问题,分析论证了窑体下滑力产生的根本原因及消除方法;在理论分析的基础上,设计了消除下滑力的新型支承结构,给出了结构参数的计算方法以及不同斜度回转窑的设计参数值;探讨了新型结构设计应用中的关键问题。
In this paper, aim at the probiem of the rotary kiln continuance axial down moving at work, that brings frequent system failures, makes machine stop, the reasons and remove methods of bring on moving force are analysed and discussed. Base on theory analysis, the new type bearing structure are designed, and the calculate matheds of the configuration parameters are gived, and some key problems on new type bearing design are discussed.
