摘要
通过对航空发动机涡轮盘的新型高温合金材料GH761的切削加工性能试验研究,建立了在一定条件下的切削力,切削温度的预报方程,并在实验的基础上对两种高温合金材料GH761与GH135进行对比,评定和探讨了GH761的切削加工性能及其改善措施,为现场的实际生产提供了一定的参考依据。
The thesis has built up cutting force and cutting temperature forecast equation under the condition of certain according testing and researching the cutting and processing function of the new heat metal alloy material GH761 which is used for aviation engine turbine dish, and carried on the contrast between the two kinds of heat metal alloy material GH761 and GH135 based on test, assessing and inquiring into the GH761 catting function and improving measures. The conclusion provides the certain reference for the actual production.
