摘要
在加工内齿圈上的四销过定位孔时,热处理后,已加工好的定位大孔及未加工的3-25H7圆柱定位销孔的分布圆均变成了椭圆形,安装时,又将它们撑起恢复成圆形。在没有将变形的定位大孔及3-25H7圆柱定位销孔分布圆恢复成圆形的情况下,在NUM系统的加工中心加工,对其进行的工艺分析和保证高加工精度的编程方法。
The machined big locating hole and the raw 3 - φ25H7 cylindriform dowel hole' s distribution circle get spheroidicity after the four over dowel holes on a kind of annular gear having been machined and given heat treatment. During the mounting, the compinents unfurl them to retrieve circularity. The thesis will elaborate the programming method in how to use NUM System' N/C Center to machine and have process analyses on them with high precision on condition that the big locating hole and the 3 - φ25H7 cylindriform dowel hole's distribution circle have not retrieved.
