使用非那根预防非溶血性输血反应必要性分析

Study on the necessary of using promethazine to prevent non-hemolytic transfusion reaction

目的探讨使用非那根预防非溶血性输血反应是否必要。方法选取2002年10月至2004年4月在我院血液科住院期间需要治疗性输注红细胞的患者337例次,分成两组,一组输血前预防性使用非那根(预防组),另一组输血前不预防使用非那根(对照组)。观察两组之间发生非溶血性输血反应发生率。结果预防组发生非溶血性输血反应的发生率为2．89％,对照组发生非溶血性输血反应的发生率为4．27％,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0．05)。结论输血前预防性使用非那根无意义。

Objective To study whether it is necessary to use promethazine to prevent non-hemolytic transfusion reaction. Methods Three were 337 cases from October 2002 to April 2004 in the Department of Haematology in Xiamen First Hostpital who need red blood cells transfusion. These cases were separated into two groups. In one group promethazine was preventively used before blood transfusion. The other group without using it for prevention as a contrast group. Then we detected the frequency of non-hemolytic blood-transfusion reaction appeared in these two groups. Results The non-hemolytic bloodtransfusion reaction was 2.89% in promethazine group. The contrast group had frequency of 4.27%. There was no significant difference between them （P〉0.05）. Conclusion It is unnecessary to use promethazine as a prevention before blood-transfusion.
