尿酸与心血管疾病关系的临床研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 尿酸是嘌呤代谢的产物,高尿酸血症可引起痛风、尿路结石等疾病。近年来,高尿酸血症与心血管疾病之间关系的研究得到广泛开展,多项流行病学和临床研究结果证实,血尿酸水平升高与高血压、冠心病、心力衰竭等心血管疾病的发生和死亡率密切相关,然而高尿酸血症常与某些代谢紊乱、心血管疾病的危险因素并存,有部分研究报告提出,尿酸并非心血管疾病独立的危险因素。因而,关于尿酸是否为心血管疾病独立的危险因素还需要进一步作前瞻性大规模研究。本文就高尿酸血症与心血管疾病关系的临床研究进展作一综述。
