摘要
对微生物多糖研究的发展与现状、目前多糖分离纯化的主要方法、生物活性进行了综述,并对微生物多糖生物活性研究的发展趋势进行了展望。
This thesis analyzes both the past and the present of the studies of the polysaccharide from microbe,After a comprehensive discuslion of the main methods of the separation and purification of polysaccharide and its biological activity, this thesis looks to the developing trend of the studies of the biological activity of the polysaccharide from microbe.
