摘要
介绍了PCR技术在检测乳中金黄色葡萄球菌及其肠毒素方面的研究进展,并对其今后的发展方向和前景进行了展望。
Conventional methods have been developed for detecting enterotoxins produced by Staphylococcus aureus, But these methods have several disadvantages, such as exertion and waste a lot of time. Recent years, PCR assays have been developed to detect the Staphylococcus aureu in food. This method has higher specificity, sensitivity and takes less time than conventional methods, This paper reviewed PCR-based analytical methods detecting Staphylococcus aureus and enterotoxin in milk.
