428例乳腺癌改良根治术式探讨 被引量：5

摘要 回顾性分析428例行改良根治术乳腺癌(Ⅰ期167例,Ⅱ期261例)患者及随机抽取同期行Halsted根治术的乳腺癌患者180例(Ⅰ期66例,Ⅱ期114例)的临床资料。探讨乳腺癌改良根治术的临床疗效。结果:乳腺癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者改良根治术5年生存率与根治术无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。提示乳腺癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者行改良根治术优于根治术。
