切花月季萨曼沙组织培养微繁的研究

A Study on Tissue Culture for Micro propagation of Samstha-A Cut Rose Variety

以切花月季萨曼沙为外植体，成功地建立了该品种无性繁殖系和高效的培养体系，在ＭＳ＋ＢＡ２ｍｇ／Ｌ和ＭＳ＋ＢＡ２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＩＢＡ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基上芽的诱导率均在８０％以上；在１／２ＭＳ＋ＩＡＡ１ｍｇ／Ｌ、１／２ＭＳ＋ＩＢＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ及１／２ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ的培养基上，根的诱导率在８０％以上；

A vegetative propagation and sufficient cultural system was successfully built up by using samstha,a cut rose variety,as explant.The rate of induced bud was above 80% on two mediums (MS+BA2mg/L and MS+BA2mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L)and the rate of induced root was also above 80% on mediums(1/2MS+IAA1mg/L,1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L and 1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L).The survival rate of in vitro shooting was above 95% after planting.
