摘要
本文基于序贯模块法开发了对由多个侧线汽提和/或侧线精馏塔构成的复杂精馏流程的模拟算法.针对所涉流程及序贯模块法的特点,采取了多种加速收敛的策略,这些策略能够显著地改善模拟算法的收敛性能,从而提高其收敛的速度和稳定性.
In this paper,an algorithm is presented based on the sequential modular approach for the simulation of multicomponent complex distillation flowsheets which are constructed with conventional columns and side strippers and/or side rectifiers.Several strategies are proposed for the improvement of the convergence performance in the algorithm,which taking into account the characteristics both of the flowsheets and of the sequential modular approach.With these strategies,the algorithm is featured by stability,rapidity and reliability.
