杭州湾跨海大桥滩涂区50m箱梁施工关键技术

Key Techniques for Construction of 50-m Span Box Girders of Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge in Tidal-Flat Area

结合杭州湾跨海大桥南岸滩涂区大吨位箱梁的结构设计和施工环境的特点,对预制场规划、制存梁台座、模板、钢筋、混凝土、预应力施工和箱梁场内搬运、提梁、梁上运输及箱梁架设等关键技术进行了阐述。

In the light of the characteristics of the structural design and construction environment of the large tonnage concrete box girders of Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge in the tidalflat area on the south bank, this paper presents the key techniques for construction of the girders, including those for precast yard planning, construction of precasting and storage beds, formwork, reinforcement, concrete and prestressing, and also those for shifting, lifting of the girders in the precast yard, delivery of the girders on the erected girder top and erection of the girders at bridge site.
