趋磁性细菌吸附Pb^(2+)的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了趋磁性细菌MTB吸附Pb2+的主要影响因素。在室温范围内,温度对吸附几乎无影响,而体系的pH值和吸附时间等的影响较为重要。并运用Langmu ir和Freund lich等模型对实验数据进行了拟合,获得了各种模型参数,结果表明Langm iur模型能较好地反应实验数据。 A new sorbent (magnetotactic bacteria) for removing Pb^2+ from aqueous solutions was investigated. The effects of performance parameters such as pH, temperature and sorption duration on the adsorption were analyzed. The results show that temperature has almost no influence on the sorption process, while the other factors have important influence on it. The results are fitted to the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms to obtain the characteristic parameters of each model. Langmuir isotherm can well represent the experimental data.
