摘要
针对常规醋酸丁酯生产工艺能耗高的特点,提出将热泵精馏应用于醋酸丁酯生产,开发出醋酸丁酯热泵精馏新工艺。分析了新工艺流程的原理、特点,热泵的介质特性和操作参数,进行了能耗和经济性的比较。结果表明,与常规工艺相比,热泵精馏新工艺流程能降低能耗56.9%,是一种节能、经济、环保的新工艺。
By considering the high energy consumption technique was proposed to be used in n-butyl acetate in conventional n-butyl acetate production, a heat pump production, and a new flow sheet for n-butyl acetate production with heat pump distillation was developed. The principle and characteristics of the new heat pump technology were analyzed. The properties of the medium used and the optimal operation parameters for the heat pump process were studied thoroughly. The comparison of energy consumption and investment cost between the conventional process and the heat pump technology was presented. The results show that the new heat pump technology can decrease the energy consumption by 56.9%, which demonstrates that the proposed heat pump distillation is an energy-saving, cost-effective and green technology for n-butyl acetate production.
