摘要
通过推导车刀在连续切削状态下热变形与切削时间的关系,建立了计算车刀热变形量的数学模型,开发了数控车削仿真加工中刀具热变形引起的加工误差计算程序,并给出了仿真算法实例。
By deducing the relationship between the thermal distortion of turning tool and the cutting time under the condition of continuous cutting, the mathematical model for calculating the thermal distortion quantity of turning tool is established. The calculation program of machining error caused by the thermal distortion of cutting tool in the physical simulation of NC turning is developed, and the example of simulation arithmetic is presented.
