摘要
建立了某微型客车白车身结构设计有限元模型,应用有限元求解器对其弯曲和扭转工况下静力学性能、固有振型及频率等动力学性能进行分析。结果表明,结构扭转刚度和典型固有频率等分析结果与同类型白车身结构试验数据相近,有限元模型和分析求解过程正确。经验证,该结构设计满足基本力学性能要求。
The finite element model of a minibus's BIW was created,and the static mechanical performance under bending and twisting conditions,natural vibration mode and natural frequency were analyzed.It is shown that the results is close to the measured results,which indicates that the FEM model and resolving processes are correct.It is also proven that the designed structure meets requirements of the basic mechanical performance.
