适合挤出模具加工的塑料异型材截面设计

DESIGN OF PLASTIC PROFILE SECTION SUITED THE PROCESS OF EXTRUSION MOULD

介绍塑料异型材截面设计时应注意的原则,结合塑料异型材截面设计的实例进行分析,并提出修改方案。指出塑料异型材截面设计时要从保证制品的功能性及挤出模具的易加工性等方面加以考虑。壁厚要尽量均匀,尽量减少单臂,尽可能避免截面有交叉重叠,并尽量简化截面形状。

The principia of designing plastic profile section was presented. The faultful profile sections were analyzed, and the modified scheme about the profile section was put forward. It was pointed out that the function of profile and the tractability of the extrusion mould must be considered when we designed the profile section. The wall thickness of the profile should be well-proporiioned, the quantity of the single arm should be controlled, the cross of the section should be avoided, and the shape of the section should be simple.
