摘要
介绍特种工程塑料聚砜(PSU)的特性,采用注射成型工艺制备了碱性蓄电池壳体、壳盖。研究表明,在对成型工艺参数、制品设计优化的基础上,选用特性粘度为0.45~0.55dL/g的PSU,采用多级注射成型工艺,可制得性能完全合乎使用要求的碱性蓄电池壳体、壳盖,满足了军用装备的需要。
The characteristics of particular engineering plastics polysulfone(PSU) are presented, and the PSU shell body and cover of alkaline storage battery are formed by injection molding. Results show that based on the optimized molding engineering parameters and product designs, the desired products which satisfy the requirements of military equipment can be obtained by using PSU of intrinsic viscosity 0.45 -0.55 dL/g and adopting multistage injection molding processing.
