摘要
以2,6-二溴甲基吡啶、4-甲基-2,6-二溴甲基苯甲醚为前体分别与2,2′-二羟基联苯反应合成新型的含吡啶环联苯型[33]环系和含中心功能基[22]环系冠醚化合物。其结构经元素分析、IR、1HNMR。
Macrocycle 4,5,6,7,17,18,19,20,30,31,32,33 hexabenzo 40,41,42 triaza 3,8,16,21,29,34 hexaoxatetracyclo[34,3,1,1 10,14 ,1 23,27 ]dotetraconta 1(40),4,6,10(41),11,13,17,19,23(42),24,26,30,32,36,38 pentadecaene 1 was prepared by one step reaction of 2,6 bis(bromomethyl)pyridine with 2,2′ dihydroxydiphenyl, and 4,5,6,7,17,18,19,20 tetrabenzo 12,25 dimethyl 27,28 dimethoxyl 3,8,16,21 tetraoxatricyclo[21,3,1,1 10,14 ]octacosa 1(27),4,6,10(28),11,13,17,19,23,25 decaene 2 was prepared by one step reaction of 4 methyl 2,6 bis(bromomethyl)anisole with 2,2′ dihydroxydiphenyl in dioxane at reflux temperature, using KOH as condensing agent. They were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS.
