Synthesis of N Substituted α Pyrrolidone Acetamide

利用α－吡咯烷酮乙酸甲酯与胺反应，得到了一系列新的Ｎ－取代吡咯烷酮乙酰胺３ａ～ｆ，产物的结构经元素分析、１ＨＮＭＲ。

New piracetam derivatives, N substituted α pyrrolidone acetamide 3a～f were synthesized from the α pyrrolidone acetic methyl ester and amines. Their structures were established by the elemental analysis, 1H NMR and 13 C NMR.
