节块式烧结金刚石锯片防止使用时基体断裂的研究

摘要 通过实地考察,本文叙述了节块式烧结金刚石圆锯片在石材加工过程的各类使用工况,分析了由于不正当操作引起的基体断裂失效形式和带来的危险性。就此问题,我们运用模拟实际工况的试验方式,采取改进基体热处理状态、增加不同形式的激光切缝等方法,记录不同样品的在使用时的断裂失效时间。发现普通锯片出现裂纹时间为8~15min,完全断裂时间为16~22min而经过预淬火处理的基体能延缓基体出现裂纹时间至16min、通过激光切缝的方式,能够有效地延缓基体完全断裂时间至56min。证明增加基体热处理和合理激光切缝能够有效地缓解这一问题。 Based on field investigation, the paper simulated all the working conditions of sintered diamond segment saw blade during the process of stone cutting, and analyzed the failure mode of the saw blanks due to misoperation. Some methods were tried to remedy the problem of cracks on the saw blank, including prequenching, holing and laser slotting( in different shapes). The failure time of the samples were recorded to compare with that of untreated saw blades. It is found that the starting break time is 8 ~ 15min(after beginning cutting), and the complete failure time is 16 ~ 22 min for the common blades. With quenched saw blank, the start break time of the saw blade can be delayed to 16min and, owing to the laser-cut slots, the complete break time can be efficiently delayed to 56min. It preves that adding the processes of heat treatment and laser-cut slot can efficiently relieve the problem of break off of blanks.
