摘要 通过对办公自动化系统现状的分析,提出了一种基于模板的可定制办公自动化系统的结构。强调了文档在流程处理中的重要性,并从界面显示、操作流程和数据存储3个层次构建系统架构。同时还介绍了通用办公集成环境以及系统的动态执行过程,并举例说明系统的使用过程,最后总结出系统各项技术特点以及在安全方面所采取的措施,充分显示了系统在实际应用中的使用价值。 Through analyzing the actuality of office automation systems, a customizable structure of office automation system is presented. The use of the documents in process is emphasized, and the architecture by three levels of interface, operation and data storage is built. Then a static general OA integration environment and its dynamic execute process are introduced, and how to use the system is illustrated. Finally, the technology characteristics and measures for security of this system are summarized, illustrating the importance of the system in practice.
