摘要
本文研究了石墨炉原子吸收法测定化妆品中铅、砷的方法。用湿式消解法消化样品,易掌握。方法简便,灵敏度高。用本方法测定铅的检出限为0.010ng,砷的检出限为0.013ng,相对标准偏差为0.8%-5.2%,方法的回收率为96.1%-105.8%。
An analytical method of the determination of arsenic and lead in cosmetic by GFAAS has been studied. The sample preparation can be easily accomplished by using a wet-digestion procedure and this is easy to master. The determination sensitivity is enhanced.The limit of detection of lead is 0. 010 ng and that of arsenic 0. 013ng. The recovery rates of the method is 96.1% -105. 8%. The relative standard deviation fell into 0. 8%-5. 2%.
