摘要
以某款轿车车身造型设计为研究对象,通过激光扫描仪的非接触测量获取零件表面的云状数据,并利用Imageware软件对测量数据进行处理,且基于NURBS曲面重构理论进行车身造型表面重构,最终实现了车身零部件的曲面重构。与传统的车身造型设计方法相比,该方法提高了工作效率,缩短了新产品开发周期。
Set the car body design as the researching model, by means of the untouchable measure to get the spare parts cloud data, taking advantage of the Imageware software to deal with the measuring cloud data and reconstructing the body surface design based on the NURBS reconstruction theory, achieving the body surface spare parts reconstruction. Comparing with the traditional body design methods, the method improves the working efficiency, shortening the developing circulation of the new products.
