摘要
在分析传统燃烧技术存在响应时间长、加热不均匀等问题的基础上,重点论述了数字化燃烧技术的原理、数字化加热炉发展状况、脉冲(数字化)燃烧技术特点及其在加热炉上的应用前景。该技术的应用可缩短系统控制响应时间,提高燃烧控制精度。
The problems existed in conventional heating technique, such as: long responding time and heating asymmetry etc. are analyzed. The theory of digital heating technique, the development of digital reheating furnace and the characteristic of pulse(digital)heating technique are described . The application of digital heating technique in reheating furnace will reduce the responding time and improve the accuracy of heating control.
