针对LD-BAr-CC流程生产HP295钢的工艺,系统地分析研究了在整个生产工艺过程中钢中夹杂物的演变状况和清洁度水平,重点考察了铸坯中夹杂物的类型、数量及分布情况,找出了其演变规律,调查了夹杂物的控制水平,并提出了进一步改善HP295钢洁净度的措施。

According to the production process of HP295 steel by LD-BAr-CC, the evolution of the non-metallic inclusions and the cleanness level during the whole process are systematically investigated and analyzed, emphasizing type, quantity and distribution of inclusions in slab, Through investigation, the rule of their variation is found out, the control level of inclusions is determined and some measures are put forward for improving the cleanliness of HP295 steel.
